Been pleased with how things are going and the support from their team. I've tried the impressions a couple times with mixed results, but they totally came through by providing a replacement kit without charging me. Super grateful for that. Can't wait to start the actual alignment process and get rid of my gaps.

My experience with their team has been positive up to this point. I attempted impressions twice and had some trouble, but they were awesome about it and shipped me a new kit free of charge. Really nice of them to handle it that way. Excited to move forward and finally start closing the spaces between my teeth.

The customer service has been solid so far. I've done a couple of impression attempts and ran into some issues, but they stepped up and sent me a replacement kit at no charge so I could try again.
