Ordered custom uniforms and ran into serious problems throughout the whole process. Multiple delays happened and communication was really inconsistent. When it finally arrived, it was way later than promised. The jackets I received weren't what I originally picked out either - they were lower quality, had no lining, and the back logo was missing entirely. On top of that, I got charged for two logos per jacket but they only put one on. Out of the six hats I ordered, three had major embroidery problems with misalignment. The company did call and say they'd fix everything and send replacements by a certain date, but that date came and went with no shipment or tracking number. My follow-up emails just got ignored. I tried working with them in good faith multiple times, but the communication fell apart and nothing actually got resolved.
