NO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO PREMIER.I have tried to cancel my subscription (it auto renews tomorrow) and even after a lengthy conversation with a ‘customer service advisor’ they are refusing to do so!

Used ASOS for about 15 years (my review on here was previously 5 stars for them) and recently got hit with the high return rate and handling fee nonsense. Tried to purchase a tshirt for £10 but the standard delivery came to £8.45! Immediately deleted my account. Their prices, sizing and quality have been terrible for a few years now anyway.

Tried to report a parcel not being delivered 2 days after it was meant to. Tried to use the chat function only for the first agent to cut me off. Then the second one to tell me to ‘bear with us’ for nearly 25 mins to then say wait until the end of the day at 8pm. Agents name was Nikita. There’s no other way of me escalating this as agent then ended the chat before I could say anything so having to leave a trust pilot review because your agents just cut people off when they don’t want to respond or do their jobs

Dziś otrzymałem kurtkę Assos Mille GT Ultraz Winter Jacket S11. Według tabeli rozmiarów na stronie producenta rozmiar XL powinien pasować na obwód klatki piersiowej 107-113 cm, a przy moich 110 cm powinna być idealna. Niestety kurtka jest dramatycznie za mała. Po zapięciu materiał mocno marszczy się pod pachami, a jazda w niej byłaby niemożliwa. Mierzyłem ją na zwykłą koszulkę, więc nie wyobrażam sobie założenia dodatkowej warstwy.Uważam, że to niedopuszczalne, by marka premium nie trzymała się własnych tabel rozmiarowych. Według konfiguratora rozmiar XL miał być idealny, a okazał się kompletnie nietrafiony. To mój pierwszy zakup od Assos i niestety ostatni. Kurtkę zwracam. Jeśli firma aspiruje do miana premium, powinna dbać o zgodność z własnymi standardami.Today I received the Assos Mille GT Ultraz Winter Jacket S11. According to the size chart on the manufacturer’s website, the recommended size for me is XL, which should fit a chest measurement of 107-113 cm. My chest is 110 cm, so it should have been perfect. Unfortunately, it’s dramatically too small. It’s nowhere near the stated measurements, and once zipped up, the fabric bunches so badly under the arms that it would be impossible to ride in it. This is supposed to be a winter jacket, where you might wear an extra insulating layer underneath. I tried it on over just a regular shirt and can’t imagine fitting anything warmer underneath.It’s unacceptable for a premium brand like Assos to fail so badly at matching their own size charts. The XL that should have fit me perfectly is nowhere near usable. This was my first purchase from Assos, and judging by other reviews about poor customer service, it will also be my last. I’m returning the jacket. If a brand positions itself as premium, it should at least meet its own sizing standards, which Assos clearly does not.

I haven't receive my refund after returning a 90£ worth item. I sent them the proof of postage and I was told the adress on the receipt doesn't match the adress of their brand partener, but the return label it also came from them and I've done nothing than stick it on the parcel.Instead investigating their workers and brand partner they put it all on customers. Only buy if you're shure you will keep the items. This is Fraud!!!!

Like many other reviewers I would rate ASOS zero if I could. I used to use ASOS many years ago and only ever had 1 small issue which at the time you could speak to someone over the phone and the issue was rectified. I have been using ASOS again over the last few years and the service is now absolutely appalling. I have spent an absolute fortune with the company and have had several issues which remain unresolved as now you can only use like chat which they just end if you aren't happy with their response. Most recently I ordered numerous items, one arrived looking worn or at least tried on a lot. It had no tags or labels at all. I returned it the same day and my refund had been refused as they state that I have worn the item and retuned it. So clearly the returns are inspected but no inspection is made or record of tags attached etc when items are sent out. I was disgusted at the complete lack of service and care. I will delete my account and never use this company again. I wish I had read these reviews sooner.

Disgusting company. Delivered my parcel to the wrong address and wouldn’t help just took my money (£90) and blocked my account. I have photographic proof of the parcel being delivered to the wrong address. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I wish I could rate 0. The cheek of the returns email has put me off. How are you meant to try things on? You can’t expect customers to keep everything when you are only online a then penalise them when your stinky and incorrectly sized clothes don’t fit. What on Earth has happened? Used to be my favourite. Definitely gone downhill.
