I'd ordered them three weeks prior hoping to have them for Christmas, so I called to cancel. When I asked to get my money back, they said it would take just two days. It's been four days now and still no refund. This company is a joke. Go to Amazon instead where they actually have stock on hand and you'll save money. They charge your card before even shipping, which is backwards. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
I ordered a Covercraft Bra on 9/12 and it was supposed to ship between the 20th and 24th. On the 26th I called for a status check. They said they'd contact the manufacturer and get back to me. On the 27th I asked again and got the exact same answer. I told them I was cancelling and somehow they still said they'd contact the manufacturer.
This business is a total scam with products that are basically worthless. You'd honestly be better off building something yourself from cardboard boxes. The box it ships in costs more than whatever garbage is inside it.
I'd give this company a zero if I could. The customer service people are dishonest and sketchy. They lied about shipping time and what their return policy actually is. Plus they load their own website with tons of fake positive reviews that are really just their own staff pretending to be customers. Check the independent review sites to see the truth about how bad these guys really are.
I bought a tonneau cover for $1,371.24 and ten days later the order status still said we're preparing it. When I called to check on it, the customer service rep was unprofessional.
