Decided to replace our 22+ year old…
Decided to replace our 22+ year old Kmart 7.5' unlit tree with something prelit and a little easier to handle/store and not have to mess with lights. Went with a 6.5' prelit. MUCH smaller than expected. Actual tree is 5"9" with a 9" sprig sticking up from the top. Not only height difference but surface area looks to be 30-40% less than our previous tree. Will never be able to fit close to the amount of ornaments on this. Never thought 1 foot would be this much of a difference. Regular price of close to $900 is insane. We bought it on sale but still feel it's overpriced. On the plus side, the LED lights look just like our old incandescent.

Shipped promptly, Balsam trees are all very well made and beautiful. This is my second tree purchase. My first tree is 25 years old. I needed a slightly smaller one, easier to handle.

This is the third balsam hill tree I've purchased. They are as good as they are presented to be and easy to handle for senior citizens. The delivery service was timely. I trust that I will be happy when I actually open the box the week before Thanksgiving!

Problem buying on line
Problem buying on line. Went through the Chat feature. Chat gave me a phone number to call. No waiting, the gal picked right up. She helped me to finish my order. It was delivered the next day free of charge!!!

Christmas started early
The price was right. The delivery was free with no complications. I haven’t opened the box because Christmas is months away and storage is at a premium until I can sell or donate of my old 9’ tree. I’m sure all will be fine. The box is in an indoor location so I don’t anticipate any issues with extreme heat or dampness.
