We got our tree order in early January with next day delivery. One of the branches arrived broken, but when I called their support team, they jumped right on it. They sent out a replacement within a couple days. Since this will be our first full season with it during December, we're excited to see how gorgeous it looks once it's fully decorated!

Love that replacement incandescent bulbs are available. Our tree is fantastic, but we had a few light strings fail from actual burnouts, not fuse problems.
