Sorted by: Most recentThese masks are pretty bad. Even when adjusted to the tightest setting, they still pull uncomfortably on my ears. Then the little adjustable beads fell off and I can't get them back into place. Without the beads, it's way too loose. It's marked as final sale so I'm stuck with it, and it's even cheaper now than what I paid for it.
I'm glad I read the reviews before making a purchase here. There are just too many current negative ones. Good reviews matter a lot when shopping online. It can be really frustrating when online retailers don't treat customers well or manage things properly.
Will never use them again. I ordered from their site two weeks ago and my package still hasn't shipped. I sent an email a few days later and they told me it would go out this week. Didn't happen.
Not impressed with this company. They sent me the wrong sneakers. Mistakes happen and they did offer a 10% off code as compensation. What bothered me was how little they seemed to care about the error itself. After I shipped the wrong item back, it took forever to see the refund hit my account. It should have been maybe ten business days total, but it went way longer. I had to reach out multiple times to push them to process it. I don't enjoy chasing down a business for my own money.
This was truly awful and I've never felt compelled to write a review before, but I feel obligated to warn others. Do not buy from this company. My order never went out. I tried emailing them three separate times with zero response. I called twice and got no answer. When I finally got someone on the phone, they promised it would ship the next day and offered free overnight delivery. It didn't ship. I called back, got the same promise, and foolishly believed them a second time. Still nothing. They ignore both my emails and calls. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company to recover my money.
I was about to make a purchase here but after seeing all these terrible reviews, I decided to keep my cash instead. Some businesses really need to get their act together and fix these issues.
I ordered a pair of On running shoes that were a brand new release called the cloudnova. What I got was an older model that Bandier doesn't even sell anymore, but it came in the new style's box. When I contacted customer service about it, they refused to check if they had the correct pair in my size anywhere in their system. By that point, the item was already out of stock anyway. Something really sketchy happened here - how does a completely new style that just dropped get shipped with an old pair in its packaging? I will never shop here again because I simply don't trust this business.
Heads up to anyone shipping internationally - they don't provide customer service outside the US. I ordered two pairs of Cotton Citizen joggers to be shipped to Canada. Most online stores offer free or affordable international shipping, but they charged $29 USD to Canada. My order took two weeks to ship through a third-party vendor, and during that whole time they ignored my emails and gave no updates, just pointing me toward the shipper. One pair arrived stained, but naturally they still won't respond or help. If you're ordering from outside the US, go with other retailers that actually stand behind their service. This is ridiculous.
This was my first Bandier purchase and I placed it on October 31st. I didn't realize they shipped the same day, which is great, but I never got a shipping confirmation email. The package arrived today and I'm really happy with my Nike Flyknits. Everything was nicely packaged with tissue and they included a return label. When I check my account online, it still shows as processing though. Lucky for me I was home today because otherwise the package would've been left outside and I wouldn't have even known it arrived since I had no tracking info. The shipping was super quick and everything was packed really well. I'll definitely order again, but I hope they fix the tracking notifications. Just so you know, the website is for women and all the shoe sizes are women's sizes. I didn't catch this at first and thought they might be men's sizes, but it's actually exclusively for women.
