I've been buying gifts and household items from them for a couple of years now and don't see that changing anytime soon.

This company used to be really solid, but lately it feels like they've turned into a dropshipping operation that's not being honest about what they're selling. The boxes don't actually have the value they claim. You could probably find better deals ordering straight from cheaper overseas sites. Their clothing especially is low-grade mass-produced stuff but priced way higher than it should be. The other items they sell often show some kind of damage or flaw, and that used to be their whole thing with lower pricing, but nowadays the pricing doesn't match the quality at all.

What really stands out is how fast someone gets back to me whenever I need help. Because I'm always on the move, rescheduling my deliveries comes up pretty often. They consistently deliver fantastic support every single time.
