I wish I’d read reviews before I ordered from them - it’s was actually a third party through Best Buy. They say on their website that they will price match but this is not true. I did not receive a reply from the emails I sent about the same printer I found for $30 less. Tried to cancel order, but no reply - no offer to discount to match price and sent printer anyway. Terrible customer service

Worst ever service OnLine BestBuy Marketplace. I receive defective parcel and request a return. Returns have to be direct to the Marketplace place . They don't respond to your demand as well as you can't get any proof of message sending. BestBuy has to get out of Marketplace because it's not neither their business nor their product.My opinion don't try to buy from Bestbuy ONLINE.

Set-up delivery for wrong address versus what I had indicated. Took a week to cancel it and give me a refund. Poor service. Didn't care at all.

Best Buy online pretends there is a third party seller (Nexus freight solutions), but it's a scam. Do not give them money!! They will take your money and receive nothing. They do this multiple times. Look at nexus freight solutions reviews!!! Best Buy does nothing to get your money $1100 back!!!

Received the wrong product. The only pro aspect of the product received was a sku sticker on the outer sleeve. This was an Internet purchase.Customer service did not offer any solution. Fraudulent or erroneous...either way, I'm left with the burden of having to sue as remedy. I can no longer recommend this seller.

I purchased a computer from Best Buy Canada, fulfilled by PC Refresh. Unfortunately, the wrong component was shipped, making the system unusable and causing measurable business loss. I contacted customer support multiple times, engaged the executive resolution team, and even filed a BBB complaint, but I have not received a meaningful response. I hope this review encourages Best Buy Canada to respond constructively and resolve issues in a timely and fair manner.

Canada still has many parts of it's country that does not have cell service, and so I do not have a cell phone. I can no longer make purchases with Best Buy because they will not send a 2 step verification code to my landline or to my email. Tight security here, more so than even the banks. Personally, I think the individual should have a choice as to how they would like the security setting set on their accounts. Stop forcing this change please, it should be the customers choice to shop at risk. This is discrimination!

I live in Canada and I bought an air fryer from bestbuy back then and there was an recall, instead of a refund, bestbuy issued me a gift card. When I tried to use the gift card, it had zero balance. I called bestbuy toll free number and the customer service rep was able to indicate someone redeem the gift card online from a country I don't live in. They acknowledge the gift card was stole and ensured me that I will get my balance back and asked me to call the Canadian line to get that resolved. When I called the Canadian line, the rep on the phone told me there is nothing they can do and refuse to do anything at all. She told me to call the police because it's not their responsibility. This is the worst business, if you issue a refund to my credit card from the recall I would not have to deal with all this, not only I did not get a refund from the recall, I had to spend hours talking to customer rep only to be told to call the police at the end. I will never buy anything from this business again and will for sure share this story online.
