Found this store while looking for medical supplies my daughter needs long term. Had frustrating experiences with other national retailers where products arrived damaged from heat, took forever to ship, and charged crazy fees. Betty Mills is local to me, always delivers on time, and products arrive perfect. Never knew about them until recently, wish I had found them years ago. Molynlyke makes the best products and you rarely see them on other sites, so Betty Mills is where I'm staying. Don't really get why some people left bad reviews, but that just means better service for me.
Think twice before buying here. Prices are way too high with staff that seems not to care. A pair of bed rails cost almost 50 dollars but shipping alone was over 30. You have to wait multiple days just to get approval and a return address, and you pay for shipping back even if the item arrives damaged. Customer support makes returns a nightmare. They make you send pictures and then take another 2-3 days to figure out if it was damaged, only then giving you a free return label.
Never got my package, though it might've been a shipping carrier issue. Called them asking to cancel because of timing, but they went ahead and sent a replacement anyway and said I could send it back if I wanted. Not the kind of customer service you'd hope for.
