Honestly disappointed with this bookstore experience. The prices are way too high compared to what you can find elsewhere online - we're talking 2 or 3 times the cost. I tried reaching out through email and calling multiple times but never got a response from anyone. The bookstore advertises price matching but there's no real system in place to actually use it, and staff don't even mention it as an option. You end up paying full price no matter what. For a college campus bookstore, the whole operation feels disorganized and unprofessional. This is my second college and honestly the worst bookstore experience I've had. The lack of customer service combined with the inflated pricing makes me not want to come back. You can easily buy the same items for a third of the price at other retailers, so there's really no reason to shop here when you have better options available.
