Recently though, they really stepped up their game! I purchased a high-end log dining table with matching chairs and they assigned me a dedicated rep who stayed in constant touch throughout everything. Super helpful and knew exactly what was going on at every stage. My furniture arrived right when they said it would, and here's the best part - the company actually gave me back a huge chunk of the White Glove delivery fee because it turned out their shipper was located much closer than expected, so they passed those savings along to me. The whole thing went smoothly from beginning to end. They absolutely deserve all five stars, especially compared to all the terrible service you get from so many other retailers these days!
