Their so-called premium plants are anything but. I received rotted bulbs and plants, dried up shriveled rhizomes, completely dessicated specimens that were just stick and dead roots, and some plants were barely a quarter inch with dried stems. Getting them to address these issues has been a nightmare. They push back hard against giving refunds and instead want to send replacement certificates. Why would anyone agree to that when the replacement items might have the same defects?
Their customer service is top notch. Really pleased with how they handled everything. I'd be happy to order from them again without any concerns.

Skip this company entirely. I've had multiple orders with them and ever since they updated their system, they can't find anything I ordered. They've completely stopped helping me. I had plants from last year that should have been eligible for replacement, but they won't assist because their system has no record of my orders. Total waste of my time and money.
I placed an order on May 15 for a special gift and heard nothing for over a week. On May 23 I got a note saying FedEx would deliver on May 25, but the package never showed up. It's still sitting in the original FedEx distribution center. I haven't received any updates or tracking notifications. On top of everything else, I actually paid for shipping through this company. Don't get fooled by their plant selection. It's just not worth all the headache.

This company keeps harassing me and won't stop sending mail to my house even after I've filed THREE complaints with the Better Business Bureau. I've never even purchased from them, but when I contacted them directly asking them to remove my address, they flat out refused. That was my first complaint. They agreed to stop after the BBB got involved but kept sending stuff anyway, which led to a second complaint and an official apology from them. Then a week later more mail shows up. They're disrespectful and can't be trusted. Stay far away from this company.
