Bought an expensive loungewear set and the sizing didn't fit right. I sent everything back requesting a size up instead. Their response was bizarre - they claimed there were stains on both pieces and refused to process the exchange. The photos they emailed me with their denial don't show anything at all. I wrote back politely asking them to circle or point out what they were referring to, but they just kept insisting there was damage even though it clearly wasn't visible. The customer service reps were nice enough in their messages, but they straight up refused to acknowledge my items or send them back. I'm pretty confident they just ran out of the larger sizes and didn't want to admit it. This company lost my business for good. Their handling of this situation felt unprofessional and honestly kind of desperate.

Ordered gray cashmere pants in size small for around $400 and got completely wrong items instead - beige pants that were way too big. The return process was a nightmare because their return page wouldn't load properly in Edge browser. I had to switch to Chrome just to submit my return request. When my refund finally came through, they'd already taken out a $10 return fee without any explanation. Basically I'm out money because of their mistake in shipping. Won't be ordering from them ever again.
