Ordered their collagen and set up a monthly subscription, then decided to try one of their mystery boxes. Two things didn't arrive with my initial shipment: one of the three collagen containers and the mystery box. I figured maybe it was coming separately, so I waited. When I called customer service, they promised to send a replacement collagen right away and said the mystery box would arrive later. A couple days go by and I get a FedEx notification showing the box was delivered with a photo attached. I called back and told them I still never got either item I paid for and asked for a refund. They refused to refund me. Neither the replacement collagen nor the mystery box ever showed up at my house. I'm out seventy five dollars now and have no way to get my money back. I cancelled my subscription because this whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The FedEx tracking shows a package stuck in a state nowhere near me for over a week. Don't order from this company.
