Sorted by: Most recentHad a really disappointing visit at the local store. I just needed to use the restroom quickly and asked if I could also dispose of a couple of bottles. The staff member refused without any explanation. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Definitely steer clear of this place.
Shopping at the location here in Minnesota was frustrating from start to finish. Everything costs way too much and the customer service is basically nonexistent. I had them work on reupholstering 8 dining chairs, but when it came time to put the seats back on, they couldn't send someone out to help. The person who showed up didn't even bring basic tools with him. I've filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other agencies because this experience was completely unacceptable. I know I'm not alone in having problems with this company either.
