Diabolical treatment by after sales

I ordered a set of ladies irons . There should have been 5 clubs but only 3 were received . Callaway follow up service was diabolical. They refused to give me a refund until after the carrier had carried out an investigation , despite the fact that they have acknowledged the package has been tampered with in transit and resealed with tape that they do not use . I ordered my clubs 2 January it is now 24 th Jan and I do not have the set I ordered or a refund . Apparently , “ it’s procedure “ ! Appalling, will never use Callaway again

I ordered Callaway Elyte iron set

I ordered Callaway Elyte X iron set. 6-AW. I selected the “like new” option. These clubs all are brand new. Not a mark on any of them. If they are “used” I for sure can’t tell. These irons are in perfect condition. The price I paid was literally $300-$400 less than you’d pay for new. If you need clubs, check them out! They also have brands other than Callaway. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I strongly advise against purchasing…

I strongly advise against purchasing from Callaway Pre-Owned Golf.This company repeatedly advertises items as in stock, accepts payment, and then takes over a week to inform customers that products are suddenly unavailable due to “warehouse misinformation.” This happened to me multiple times, across different purchases, and shows a serious lack of inventory control and internal communication.Shipping updates were consistently delayed or nonexistent. In more than one case, part of an order shipped while the rest was quietly canceled days later. Customers should not have to wait a week or more just to learn that items they already paid for never actually existed.Because of these ongoing issues, I ultimately returned all items. The returns were shipped using the company’s own UPS labels, with RMA numbers clearly marked on the outside of the boxes and included inside the packages. Despite doing everything correctly, I have now waited over 8 business days with absolutely zero updates regarding receipt of the returns or processing of refunds.To make matters worse, I used Affirm for the purchases. Due to Callaway Pre-Owned’s repeated mistakes, I was forced to open multiple financing accounts for orders that were never fully fulfilled, creating unnecessary financial exposure and administrative headaches that could have been easily avoided with competent order management.The lack of communication, accountability, and urgency to resolve their own errors is unacceptable for a company of this size. If you value transparency, timely fulfillment, and basic customer service, look elsewhere.Until these systemic issues are addressed, I cannot recommend Callaway Pre-Owned Golf to anyone.

ordered Ai one mini putter in like new…

ordered Ai one mini putter in like new condition on Sunday night , then read the reviews after ordering, generally though the worst was going to happen , but arrived today 2 days later and 1 day earlier then planned, honestly the putter is brand new still got the shaft length sticker on the grip , honestly im in disbelief of the condition and the price I’ve paid feels like I’ve stole of them ,I don’t play Callaway normally but very tempting with the service and price , but will 100 percent be ordering again from here( putter wise) !

In my experience Very Good

I have always been happy with my dealings with Callaway Pre-Owned. The condition of the clubs has been accurate, indeed recently a 'Very Good' driver came looking like new. The one minor issue I had was dealt with promptly and professionally by Customer Services. I would most certainly use them again.

Like others recently experienced

Like others recently experienced, ordered and paid for “like new” putter arrived with dirt all over the grip, scratches and a sticky substance on the shaft. It was packaged in a box with one crumpled piece of packing paper near the handle and was just flopping around loosely in the box. What a joke and misrepresentative of the condition I selected. I would describe this condition as average to poor, not close to like new condition. Returned and will not waste time again buying from them.

Customer support here is useless

Customer support here is useless. Ordered a set of wedges that was missing the Approach Wedge. They now have a set in that has the wedge so I reached out to my “account manager” to buy the wedge. They told me they can’t “break up the set”. But it was fine when you sold me my set without it???? Never shopping here again.

Poor customer service

The club arrived and in good nick but decided I needed a loftier wedge so arranged a return, so far so good, I returned it via UPS. Not easy as the UPS site is bad and ultimately no local drop off points. Returned it, no refund, left if a while 2 weeks no refund. Contacted them via online form as well as email using the email address, nothing, waited a few days nothing, after three follow up email as still nothing then three days after last contact email telling me my credit card failed. Had to ring in, rang in, online team busy, will ring me back..........nothing.......

Selling items not in stock

Four days after my purchase, it showed that my order was still processing. This was the time that the delivery was should’ve happened according to the projected delivery time. I called the customer service line and waited on hold for 25 minutes before connecting with a customer service rep. The customer service rep told me they had issues that week with their shipping and that there would be a delay, but it should ship out that day. Two days later, I get a message saying the club is not in stock. So the problem seems to be that they sold a club that they did not have. Unfortunately, that email did not trigger my refund. Three days later, I’m still trying to get in touch with them to issue a refund and my order still shows as processing.
