I bought some clubs on Friday morning and Monday afternoon got an email saying they couldn't finish the order because those clubs are out of stock. If you don't actually have the irons in stock, why are they listed on the website?

Ordered two women's clubs and two days before delivery showed up they canceled one of them. When the package finally got here, they sent me the wrong club anyway. Now I'm looking at almost a month to get my money back, and they've totally wasted my time and money.

Hands down the best spot to get quality used golf clubs, whether it's Callaway or any other brand.

Ordered an Ai One mini putter in like new condition Sunday night, then read some reviews after ordering and started getting worried. But it showed up in two days, even a day ahead of the estimated delivery. When I opened it, I was shocked. The putter is basically brand new with the shaft length sticker still on the grip. Honestly feels like I got away with theft given the condition and price. I don't usually go for Callaway but the value and service here makes me want to try their putters again. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

The wedge showed up in great shape, but I realized I wanted something with more loft so I set up a return. That part was fine. I shipped it back through UPS, though their website made it pretty difficult and there weren't any convenient drop-off spots nearby. Sent it in, but then crickets on the refund. Two weeks went by with nothing. I tried reaching out through their online form and email, but got zero response. After sending three follow-up emails with still nothing, they finally emailed me three days later saying my credit card had been declined. Called them up to sort it out, but got told the online team was busy and they'd call back. Still waiting on that callback.

Been stuck waiting nearly two months for refunds on clubs I sent back to their warehouse. The items arrived in worse shape than what was advertised. They take five days to answer emails and just copy and paste the same generic response every time. Can't even get through to anyone in customer service by phone. Not ordering from them ever again, it's a complete mess.

Sent in my trade-in iron set over a month back and the 500 dollar credit still hasn't showed up on my account. Called their number and spent 35 minutes on hold before reaching a representative. He mentioned they're at a new facility and were still working through clubs that came in before mine. For a company of this scale, this is completely unacceptable.

Sent in my iron set for trade almost 45 days ago and still haven't seen the $500 credit hit my card. Called them up and had to wait over half an hour just to talk to someone. The rep told me they'd moved offices and were processing clubs from before mine. For a company their size, this is totally unacceptable.

Don't bother with their Express Delivery option because it's anything but express. Still waiting and it's been over five days. For what they charged, it should've shown up the next day at minimum. Their customer service team isn't much help either.

Grabbed a pair of Odyssey 11 putters for myself and my partner at about 196 units shipped and they said they'd be in like new condition. Both arrived with head covers and the clubs are basically pristine, look like they've never even been on grass. Still had grip stickers and the cover had its original sticker. At regular retail these go for nearly 279 units each so getting both this way feels incredible. I'm thrilled with the purchase.

Still had height stickers on the grips and the cover still had its sticker. I'd pay nearly triple this at a regular shop, so getting them this way feels unreal. Couldn't be happier.

Put in an order for irons on Sunday and had them delivered by Wednesday, which is pretty solid timing. The condition and quality of the clubs matched the description perfectly and they looked great. Communication is where they really drop the ball though. No shipping notification or expected delivery date was provided, and getting the services team on the phone was a real pain. Everything else about the product and delivery was solid though.

Something seems off with how they're running things. Both the website and customer service line seem to have issues. I ordered an outlet putter but received a different one instead. Sent an email asking about it and got back that I might need to wait five to seven business days for a reply. It's been five days with nothing. How do you even operate a business this way?

Five stars all the way. Tom was incredibly helpful and got everything handled efficiently. My new clubs are on their way and I'd absolutely suggest checking them out.

Gave this a 5 star rating because Tom really went above and beyond with his help and how quickly he got things done. I'm really looking forward to getting my new clubs and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
