I ordered 9 canvas prints
I ordered 9 canvas prints. Size 11x14. Sent the 9 files, each one in the range of 20 MB to 28 MB. On my two computer monitors the photos are extremely sharp.The 9 canvas prints are terrible. Some are not even in focus. There is no detail in the prints. It looks like Canvas People reduced the files to something less than a MB before printing.Talked to service rep and she was helpful, but to get a refund I needed to send iPhone photos the front of each print and the bar code on the back of each print. So 18 photos were sent to try to get a refund. The nice representative said a refund will be issued. I hope that is right.BOTTOM LINE = I took a chance on Canvas People and learned my lesson.

Price was good but meh
Price was good, I got my 2 prints on sale during Black Friday. The quality of the print however is mediocre. Very pixelated in my opinion and I’m a little disappointed. And yes, I sent high resolution images.

Scam Company
They've jacked up their prices to an insane level- $199 for a 12" x 12" photo pillow?!? They used to send me coupons for free photo pillows as my family gets one for an annual tradition, and now they're simply unaffordable. They've literally ended a family tradition. The site will no longer allow you to apply coupons from Honey, and their customer service blames Honey, calling it "an unreliable app for your browser." Funny, it works fine on literally every other shopping site, just not CanvasPeople. Regret having ever used this company, will not do so again. They're price gouging themselves into nonexistence.

I sent this to my kids and they loved it. They went on and on my daughter-in-law sent a picture of it hanging on the wall and it is perfect. I have used you guys several times and I am just so happy with all the work that you do, thank you so much.

This is my second time ordering
This is my second time ordering. Both times the pictures turned out beautiful and the colors are amazing. Love that I took the pictures with my own camera phone and can have them made up. There will be a third time!
