I'm frustrated because my canvas shows as delivered on Jan 9 around 4 pm but I never received it. UPS supposedly dropped it off but I have no idea where it ended up. Still trying to track it down and figure out what happened.
Very disappointed with the packaging. The canvas was only wrapped in plastic wrap and sitting loose in a cardboard box that had a hole in it. The box wasn't even properly sealed except for two tape pieces on one side that came undone. One side of the package was completely open when it arrived. Fortunately the canvas didn't get damaged but this was not acceptable.
