Capezio Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Capezio
Capezio receives sharply divided feedback. Shoppers who praise the store highlight quality products, particularly mentioning excellent fit, durable construction, and soft materials in items like dance pants and slippers. However, the majority of reviewers report serious frustrations with customer service and operational processes. Common complaints include unresponsive email support, phones that direct callers to email without follow-up, inability to apply sales retroactively, return processes that take excessive time with unclear instructions, and return label issues for international customers. Several shoppers describe repeated attempts to contact the company without receiving responses.
The store's return and refund policies appear to be a significant pain point, with customers reporting 30-day refund timelines, delays in receiving return instructions, and issues with the online return request system not accepting order numbers. These service gaps stand in sharp contrast to customer expectations from modern retailers and appear to undermine otherwise positive experiences with the actual products themselves.

Sorted by: Most recentCommunication and customer service are really bad. I won't be shopping with them again.
I strongly advise against buying from them. I ordered a leotard for my daughter that turned out to be too small. The tag was already off when I sent it back, but I included it in the return package. They refused to give me a refund, claiming the label was removed and that the item had been worn. That's completely false. Really not happy with how they handled this.
The reps don't understand their own products or how their returns even work. I usually leave positive feedback for companies that deserve it, but after getting advice from a representative and placing an order, the shoes were completely off in sizing. They said they'd cover return shipping so I agreed, but the free return label doesn't actually work from Ireland. I had to pay my own shipping costs which is roughly a third of what I originally paid for the shoes. Really let down by Capezio and the representative's lack of knowledge.
I have to agree with what others have said here. There really aren't many other brands out there like this one. I'm thinking about picking up something else for my partner and hopefully it works out well for us. The brand does seem solid overall.
