Emailed their support contact and never heard back. This whole experience has been disappointing and cost me time and money.
Been trying to track down supplemental materials that should come with my Cengage book using the ISBN, but their website just keeps trying to sell me other stuff instead. When I tried getting customer support, I had to register an account first, then got stuck in a chat with a bot that said no real agents were available and sent me back to the main site. That was the end of that. Just gave up.

Even worse, you don't really own the book at all - they're just letting you rent it for a long time, and nobody bothered explaining that during checkout. And good luck getting your money back since they won't refund digital purchases. So I'm stuck with an expensive textbook I can only read with an internet connection, that I don't even own. I get why companies want to protect content, but there have to be better ways than making customers miserable.
Total waste of money. Grabbed an ebook for my classes and found out you can't use it without being online, which makes it useless for studying before exams.
