They clearly don't prioritize customer satisfaction based on how unnecessarily complicated they make returns. I wore one of the shirts once and the snaps just popped right off the sleeve cuffs. Since I can't easily fix snaps myself, I'm stuck with it. The items had zero labels - no size info, no tags, no care instructions whatsoever. I'm convinced something shady is going on and I'd tell anyone thinking about ordering to look elsewhere.

I ordered something on June 10th. They said it would ship in 5 to 8 business days. Now it's been 13 business days and they keep telling me it's waiting for the shipping carrier to pick it up. I've asked three separate times to cancel and get my money back since I needed it for my trip and it's clearly not happening on time. All I get are robotic form letter responses and they won't cancel or refund. They're saying I'll have to wait for them to ship it out and then jump through their return process. Their customer service is disappointing and their policies are unreasonable when they can't deliver on what they promise. This was my first purchase here and definitely my last. Don't waste your money with them.
I will never shop with them again. This experience is exactly why I'm nervous about buying online. I ordered a bag on March 23rd and it arrived quickly and looked just like the photos. Then in May the strap completely broke. I contacted them and they asked me to send pictures so they could provide return instructions. After I sent the photos, the representative told me that since the break happened after the 30 day window, she couldn't help. Unbelievable. These people are con artists and fraudsters. They should be upfront about their return window before letting anyone checkout. Why would she even ask for photos if she was never going to actually assist? They pull the wool over your eyes and don't deserve another cent from me.
Would give zero stars if I could. Three and a half weeks have passed and my order still hasn't shipped. When I reached out, I got a generic response about orders shipping in 5 to 7 business days. That's fine in theory, but it's been 14 business days with zero action. I asked them to cancel and got told no because the order was already processed, despite it sitting in their system unsent. It's terrible how they handle things.
Don't buy from them. I got some Valentine's themed items and two weeks went by with no shipment. When I asked to cancel, customer service said I couldn't. Last year the exact same thing happened before they eventually cancelled after dragging their feet. I won't make that mistake again.
