Placed an order on 9/17. Their site promises delivery in 5 to 8 days. It never shipped so I emailed three times asking to cancel. Then on 10/1 it shipped and I got it 10/5. The product is garbage - cheap material that definitely doesn't match what they showed online. The tag says some random foreign brand. Don't fall for it. They do accept returns but they charge you for shipping to send it back. And remember I had to email multiple times just trying to cancel.

I placed two separate orders, one a week ago and another 6 days ago. It took two email attempts just to get a reply from their team saying orders take 5 to 8 days to go out. Neither order has shown any sign of shipping yet. Whether it's new management or what, I'm not coming back. I'm trying to see if I can get these orders cancelled. Their support is simply not there.

Bought $95 worth of merchandise on August 19th. The status just keeps saying the shipping label was created and nothing more. A full month later and I still don't have my package. Every customer service phone number is disconnected and my emails get zero responses. I've had to file a dispute with my credit card company to block the charge. Their service is absolutely terrible and I would've given them zero stars if I could.

They charged my card right away but the order still hasn't shipped. It's been 11 days since I bought something and there's no movement. Most reputable retailers don't charge until they actually ship your stuff. What's the holdup?

The item I received showed up in damaged condition. I emailed with photos asking how to return it and haven't heard back. This company clearly doesn't care about keeping customers happy. Find someone else to shop from.

The shipping is the main problem. My order has been sitting for over 2 weeks with nothing arriving. Other companies get things to people much faster. I'm frustrated. They claim items ship in 5 to 7 days but that apparently doesn't include weekends.

Is this website actually the real Charming Charlie? The clothes they're selling have NO labels on them and they feel like the cheap stuff from discount sites. How are they using the Charming Charlie name without putting tags on anything? The quality is low and they won't let you return items. Don't waste your money.

I bought a dark blue tote and the handles fell apart. I'd owned it for at least 4 months without heavy use. When I asked for a replacement or refund, they refused both. The bag construction is clearly subpar and they have no accountability for it.

Their customer service is absolutely awful. I kept getting vague and unreliable answers, responses took forever, and I had to call multiple times just to get basic information. The staff seemed untrained and wasn't friendly at all. They advertised a 15% off code after I signed up via email and phone, but the coupon just wouldn't work. I sent several complaints and nothing was ever fixed. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else. You'll thank me later.
