The product is garbage - cheap material that definitely doesn't match what they showed online. The tag says some random foreign brand. Don't fall for it. They do accept returns but they charge you for shipping to send it back. And remember I had to email multiple times just trying to cancel.
I placed two separate orders, one a week ago and another 6 days ago. It took two email attempts just to get a reply from their team saying orders take 5 to 8 days to go out. Neither order has shown any sign of shipping yet. Whether it's new management or what, I'm not coming back. I'm trying to see if I can get these orders cancelled. Their support is simply not there.
Bought $95 worth of merchandise on August 19th. The status just keeps saying the shipping label was created and nothing more. A full month later and I still don't have my package.
