I've contacted them several times and they keep saying their new carrier can't handle the volume and needs age verification plus signatures, especially in rural areas where people aren't always home. One person not being home apparently holds up an entire shipment. Asked for a refund and cancellation but was told the carrier won't start a claim until 10 days of no movement. This is the worst company I've dealt with in 7 years of buying juice online. Find another option.
Haven't experienced the problems some other people are talking about. Glad I discovered them before the PACT act restrictions came in. Fantastic pricing and great deals. If you want juice they definitely have what you need.
The most unprofessional and lazy company I've dealt with. They gave false shipping timelines, lied about packing the items, and when I told them I wasn't buying from them again they spent hours arguing with me like children.
