Run away from this company! Ordered checks last week and everything should've been straightforward. My billing address, shipping address, and the address I wanted printed on the checks were all identical, so there was nothing suspicious to investigate. Yet somehow they claimed they phoned my bank to verify details, which is nonsensical since banks don't share account information over the phone. Then they said they couldn't verify anything and demanded I send a photo of a current check with the same information, which I did immediately. The photo showed an exact match to what I was ordering, so printing should've been approved right then. Now I'm getting constant emails and robocalls telling me to contact their customer service to resolve these supposed issues. What issues? They have the check photo, it's an identical reprint, it's going to the address on the checks which matches the billing address, and everything aligns with my account! I told them to cancel the whole thing because this is ridiculous and feels like a scam.

Ordered back in mid-June and they kept promising delivery while pushing the date back every single day. A full month passed and the checks never showed up. Sent two separate refund requests via email and got zero response. I feel completely scammed. Stay away from this website.

They sent me single checks when I specifically ordered duplicates. There's no way to access your original order confirmation on their site either. If you order from them, take a screenshot or print out your order confirmation page so you have documentation of what you actually requested.

Order processed without any problems, but the check quality is disappointing. Additionally, tearing out the checks is a hassle, and I've ripped several checks in the process of separating them. Consider spending extra for a better quality product elsewhere. I ordered a specific beige check design with block lettering that appears under Personal Checks, Side Tear, Parchment category. Instead they sent me a completely different gaudy mustard design that's listed under Personal Checks, Classic, Parchment. When I called to fix it, they insisted I ordered the mustard checks. I tried explaining I selected a different design entirely. They kept saying I didn't and insisted the only available changes for that category are monogram options. I asked them multiple times to look at their own website since they clearly have two different designs both called Parchment, and they point-blank refused to check. I asked if this was some kind of scam since they advertise designs that apparently don't exist when you dispute them. That's when they suddenly offered a refund. They refused to fix the problem, refused to actually listen, refused to investigate, and seemed unwilling to acknowledge that their website could have any issues at all. They wouldn't send me the design I actually ordered.

Placed an order in early February and paid extra for rush processing so they'd ship within forty-eight hours. Got an email a couple days later saying it shipped, but no shipping company information was included. Three weeks have passed since that shipping notification and the checks haven't shown up. They're completely unresponsive. Here's what really bothers me though: within twenty-four hours of ordering, my inbox was flooded with hundreds of emails from random companies about services and marketing. I've spent countless hours unsubscribing and marking these as spam. Clearly they sold my information to every vendor willing to pay. I'm seriously worried about what happens to my banking and routing numbers now that they're in their hands. I'm probably going to dispute this with my credit card company. This operation seems anything but legitimate. Do not order from them. They appear to be a scam operation.

The whole process took exactly four weeks from placing the order to getting it in the mail.

Totally unethical! They sneaked a twelve dollar and fifty cent handling fee onto the final page right before checkout. That's just dishonest.

The checks themselves turned out fine, but I have serious issues with how they do business. Their so-called check protection service is basically a trap. I specifically unchecked that box on my order form, but they charged me for it anyway. I contacted them right away, within sixty minutes of placing the order, and asked them to reverse the charge. Their response? Too late, the charge is final. I'll never order from them again.
