I've shopped at Chico's for three decades and loved it, but I'm really let down by what's happening now. I buy from their sale section since I'm on a tight budget. The website cart displayed items at 50% off plus an extra $50 off orders over $200, but when I got to checkout, each item was almost twice the cart price. My total jumped up by more than $100. This happened before too. Last time I couldn't even see the final total until after I paid, and I ended up charged almost $200 more. Chico's refused to cancel that order. I figured maybe it was a glitch, so I tried again today. At least this time I could see the $100 difference before paying, so I stopped the purchase. This is really wrong and I'm frustrated.

This location is absolutely wonderful in my experience. I placed an online order and needed to return something, so I chose to do it in person at the Sioux Falls location instead of mailing it back. The team members were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. They made the return super easy with an instant refund, then helped me find exactly what I needed, sorted out sizing, and got me completely outfitted. I'd absolutely recommend shopping here. My online order even showed up sooner than expected. The clothing itself is really well made with beautiful fabrics and I appreciate the current style. This is definitely my go-to spot for shopping now.

Chico's at The Commons location has some of the best staff I've encountered. They're friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. I really enjoy shopping there! Give them a score of 10 or higher for sure!

I even contacted the Better Business Bureau and was shocked to see how many negative complaints they have on file. What kind of company hangs onto your money after you've returned something? When you send something back, you should get your refund. It's that straightforward.

Don't purchase expedited shipping! You won't receive your order on time as promised. This appears to be a fraudulent practice from Chico's. Getting a refund is extremely difficult and involves lots of back and forth. I would suggest finding another retailer to shop with.

I visited the Chico's location at the mall in Birmingham, AL and was really upset. The fitting room area was filthy with dust and debris everywhere. There were several clothing racks with items marked at $24.99. I spotted a light poncho with decorative beading on the front and back. Multiple ponchos were displayed on that rack. The staff told me the price was much higher and claimed that's not where they belonged. I've been to Chico's stores all over the country and never encountered this kind of situation before.

This dress has poor quality fabric. The red and brown shades look like they've been used before, they're see through, and the material itself is really bad. The upper lining is oversized and pokes out awkwardly, and the bottom hem sits at a weird angle. It needs a full hour of ironing to look acceptable. Don't waste your money on this!
