I made a purchase, but there's a serious problem with how their ordering system works. When I was entering my details, they never asked me for an address. The Heroic Bell Wind Chime looks absolutely gorgeous, but there are some real issues with how it works. The biggest problem is that it barely rings at all. You basically need hurricane-force winds to get any sound out of it, which is pretty frustrating for a chime. The company should either completely redesign this model or stop selling it altogether. On top of that, their customer service team takes forever to respond to anything, which has been really disappointing. I won't be ordering from them again.
