Submitted my order in mid-January and got a confirmation email right away. Then nothing happened. I didn't hear anything else from them for almost three weeks, so I finally called to check on it. Suddenly they're telling me it's being delivered the next day. This is really frustrating. The pricing might be decent, but getting your actual product seems like a gamble with this place. Not doing business with them again.
Definitely staying away from this company for good. Ordered cigars as a gift and paid extra for expedited shipping. They sent the wrong thing instead, and I suspect it was intentional since they probably hoped I wouldn't bother returning it. When I called them out on it, they admitted it was their mistake and promised to send the correct item within a few days. Instead, I got an email saying it's unavailable. So much for that rushed shipping I paid for. I canceled the whole thing and they're now hassling me to return the wrong product myself. Won't be using them ever again.
