I got 3 bras and yeah, they arrived pretty quick, but the sizing was way off on the bust and back even though I made sure to pick UK sizes not US. After I sent them back requesting different sizes, I've been waiting a whole month. They keep saying I'll get a confirmation in a couple days and then radio silence for weeks at a time. Sometimes they respond and sometimes they just disappear. It's really frustrating. I spent over $150 and based on all these other reviews, I'm worried I'm going to lose that money completely for nothing. Should've read the reviews before ordering.
Bought a pair of bras about two weeks ago and got my order confirmation but nothing after that. The company's phone line won't even take voicemails. I've been waiting for a shipping notice or invoice that never came. At this point I'm just going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Skip this company. Seriously, don't order from them. Their customer service is absolutely awful. I paid extra to get my stuff in 2 to 3 days but waited two whole weeks for it to show up.
They inflated the value on something being shipped to my country, which ended up costing me an extra $65 in customs fees. When I called them about it, they basically said there was nothing they could do. They offered me 15% off a $45 item as compensation, which is basically insulting. Don't bother ordering from them.

The customer service here is a disaster. Placed my order over a month back and it still hasn't gone out for shipping. This is a scam. Never got what I ordered and nobody answers my emails or calls. I placed my order July 7th and now it's August 18th and still no items. Total waste of my time and money. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.
I used to be a regular customer, but not anymore. My recent order had two identical items, both supposedly medium. One of them was clearly the wrong size or made poorly. I kept the good one and sent back the other for an exchange, but the company claimed it didn't pass inspection even though it still had the tags on it and was never worn. I only tried it on and discovered right away it was either the wrong size or bad quality. Classic Shapewear's customer service let me down big time. Others should know that you might run into the same problems with their defective items.
