I ordered multiple bags of coffee and had them shipped out through UPS. When I checked on where my package was since it hadn't arrived, the tracking showed it was already delivered with a photo. But that picture wasn't of my place at all. I filed a claim with UPS and they basically said sorry, their system shows it was delivered so that's that. I let Coffee Beanery know what happened and they didn't really help either, just said UPS marked it as delivered so there's not much they could do. Really disappointed with how this was handled. They should consider switching to a different shipping carrier because UPS has not been reliable in my experience. I won't be ordering from them again.
A system error caused me to accidentally place two orders when I only wanted one. I contacted them right away to cancel, but they wouldn't budge on canceling either order. They did offer me a 20% discount on one as a consolation, which was something at least. Then I got charged two separate shipping fees even though everything arrived in a single box. When I asked them to refund one of the $8 shipping charges, they refused again saying it was their policy with no exceptions. After I said I wouldn't shop with them anymore, they finally offered me an $8 store credit. The whole thing left me feeling ripped off and frustrated.
