Their customer service team was fantastic, polite and respectful. The ink quality is amazing and the colors look beautiful. Shipping got here really quickly. I buy from them all the time when I need ink now.

First time ordering here and it definitely won't be my last thanks to their amazing customer service. I called another huge company asking which cartridges work with my printer and they told me to just Google it. When I called this place with my printer model number, the representative not only looked it up but gave me all the compatible options and quantities available. She even explained the difference between toner and ink cartridges to me. When placing my order she was super clear and patient, repeating everything back to make sure it was all correct. I'm sure future orders might be handled by someone else but I'm a customer for life after this experience. She was truly professional, kind and went above and beyond.

Ordered a refurbished black cartridge for my Epson. The day I installed it, I noticed it was leaking everywhere inside the printer. Their customer service just pointed me to an unhelpful FAQ page and wouldn't give me a refund. Now I'm probably looking at buying a whole new printer.

Got sent the wrong items. Had to deal with customer service multiple times before they finally agreed to accept the return without charging a restocking fee. But when I shipped them back, I paid $14 for postage and they still deducted over $10 in other charges. I'm basically out $24 with nothing to show for it.

Took a chance ordering from here and I'm so glad I did. No regrets at all! Why would I ever go back to those expensive name brands after this? The quality and price point are unbeatable. My printer had zero issues with the cartridges fitting or the print output. I even got my mom some for her printer and she loves them too.
