My internet is out again, for the third time this month, and of course it can’t be fixed today. The first outage lasted four days, the second a full day, and now I’m being told it’ll be another two days before it’s resolved. We’re paying far too much for a service that’s down for days every other week. Our old provider may have been slower, but at least it was reliable.If your job depends on internet access don’t rely on Cox, they’ll leave you hanging. The only thing you can count on is them taking money from your account, whether you’re getting the service you paid for or not. Cox Communications is the worst.

Zero is my choice. They’re not the bottom of the barrel, but close. Over 25-years of subscription when I wanted to cancel my account they treated me like garbage. Asking what my address was and other intrusive questions.

Cox always has poor service, frequent service outages, the worst customer experience, and when you want to leave them they make you spend an hour with them on the phone or in chat offering temporary cost savings and doesn't understand that their service is the worst.

I got a new phone - talked with on rep and she asked me if I wanted to hold the line for 5 minutes while transfer completed. I said yes - got disconnected. Called back got another rep - she's telling my grandson what to do, she transferred us to a technical person and my son in law spoke with Bob from the Phoenix call center. He was a blessing - smart explained what we needed to do and finally got it working Thank you Bob

I've spent 6 hours on the phone with them over the past 3 days. They promised me an internet price that they then failed to give me, and they couldn't figure out how to trade in my son's phone for a new one. And now the phone is out of stock. I'm so unbelievably angry with their service that I'm shaking.

They were overcharging me dramatically, I switched providers and they offered to cut my bill by 70%. Too late. They would not cancel. Kept stringing me along for an hour and a half with retention offers. Wasted my time. Horrible service. The representative was "Christ M"

Their customer service is abysmal, when internet goes down because of them they do nothing to remedy it and will arbitrarily shut off your connection.

Worst company ever hung up on me twice waited 15 min for them to argue about canceling my service.my 4th time calling back only to wait another 8 mins
