I sent an email to their support team, and the person who helped me was fantastic. They took the time to explain that the specialty boxes sometimes have repeat selections (turns out I should've paid closer attention to the details). Better yet, they went the extra mile and swapped my last delivery to a Wheat Beer box instead so I'd get more variety in what I received. Really pleased with how they handled it and their customer service was top notch.

The tracking updates online weren't very useful, and since an adult signature was required, I wanted to know exactly when it was coming. An update from the company noted they only ship during the third and fourth weeks of the month. This won't happen again. UPDATE: Finally got a shipping notification near the end of December saying it was out for delivery, though it didn't actually arrive until the next day. We had to block out time waiting for it to show up since an adult had to be there. This company's logistics are a mess. I don't care how good the product is, the shipping process is completely unreliable.

This is honestly the worst beer subscription service I've come across. My partner really appreciates craft beer, so each year I try him out on a different subscription. We've gone through quite a few at this point and this year I got him on this one. Their marketing looked promising but what arrived was incredibly disappointing. The selection is just awful. These are bargain-basement, low-quality brews that have terrible ratings across the board. It's clear they're just offloading inventory that breweries couldn't shift elsewhere, and I have no idea how they pull this off. To make it worse, I phoned their team about my concerns and they basically couldn't be bothered. The response was pretty much "like it or lump it, cancel if you want." So that's what we did and switched back to our previous club which is infinitely superior.
