Sorted by: Most recentThe Christmas wrapping paper I ordered back in July had a printing problem. The ink ran out halfway through the roll so about half of it is a faded pale red. They refused to refund me saying it was my responsibility to unroll and check all the paper within 60 days of buying it. Who goes through all their Christmas wrapping paper before using it?
They have decent products at okay prices but the shipping charges are way too high. And that's not even the worst part because they pile on a handling fee on top of the shipping. It's ridiculous how much extra you pay. And their deals keep changing with emails saying shipping is less one day then more the next. They push the Blue Ribbon membership as a great option but it's a waste. Whether you call chat or email you still get overcharged on shipping and they won't budge when you complain about it. Fed up with them and shopping elsewhere now.
I ordered address labels and double checked all my details at checkout including the script and wording. When they arrived they were completely blank. Why would anyone order blank labels? Customer service refused to fix it and basically said tough luck. Skip this place entirely.
Don't order from Current Catalog. It's not what it used to be. Orders sit for weeks or even months before shipping. When you try to contact them by phone or email they just give you the runaround. Check out all the complaints on their Facebook page.
Ordered 250 address labels and confirmed all my details including address, name, and font during checkout. When I got them the entire roll was blank with nothing printed on it. Sent two emails to customer service then called and was basically told sorry, nothing we can do, you're out the money. No refund and no reprinting. Why don't they have quality checks to catch when a personalized item doesn't print at all and verify with the customer before shipping? An address label should have an actual address on it. I specifically checked my information before paying and it looked correct. The rep even suggested I should have called in the order instead which is ridiculous because online ordering is so much simpler. I've been shopping here over 25 years and I'm really let down that they won't even try to make this right. This is my last order from them and I'm taking my business elsewhere for checks and personalized products.
Placed an order on May 28th and it's now July 16th with no delivery. Called customer service and the person said it's been a crazy week and asked for my number so someone could call me back. Can't believe that response. This deserves way less than one star.
I've been a customer of Current for over 25 years but their customer service has really gone downhill. Placed an order September 20th for something that was backordered. It's now November 20th and I still don't have it. Called multiple times and the most recent call was two days ago when they told me the item was back in stock and shipping today. Just called again to check on it and got told the rep gave me wrong information and it won't be available until November 24th. This item needs to get here soon or I can't use it for the holidays. I'm frustrated and tired of being given false information by every representative I talk to.
Got Christmas cards from here and the paper quality was terrible, honestly the cheapest stuff. Plus the cards didn't even come folded. Customer service chat was rude and dismissive like they couldn't care less. So I paid shipping to get this junk delivered and now I have to pay again to send it back. Don't bother with this company.
