Ordered a calendar online and spent way too much time putting it together. I picked the same-day pickup option thinking it would be quick and convenient, but when I got it from the store, it was nothing like what the website showed. The spiral binding that's supposed to hold everything together and let you hang it was completely missing. So now I'm stuck with 12 loose 8x10 pages and no idea what to do with them. The store worker told me that same-day orders made on the kiosk in-store don't get bound like the website pictures show. Apparently there's a difference between what the kiosk produces locally versus what gets shipped from the actual manufacturer. To get the product I actually wanted with the binding intact, I'd have to pay extra shipping costs and wait for it to be delivered instead of picking it up same-day. It's frustrating that this huge difference isn't mentioned anywhere during checkout or on the product page itself. This feels like false advertising to me, and honestly it's just disappointing overall.
