Wrong sizes - no refund
I purchased a bathing suit on decathlon.fr. The size guide gave me a wrong size. The item was too small. I returned it in a Decathlon store but wasn't paid back, even though the clerk told me I would.

Ne pas acheter via marketplace Vevendo de Decathlon
Achat d'une trottinette via le marketplace de Decathlon ( Vevendo): un mois plus tard, la commande n'est toujours pas arrivée et il n'y a aucun service client pour porter réclamation. Je ne renouvèlerai pas l'expérience.

Not satisfied
Until this month, I was very satisfied with Decathlon. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that Decathlon does not manage its partners properly. I placed an order on the Decathlon website from their partner, Northwall. My order was significantly delayed and was marked as “delivered and signed” twice, even though it had not been delivered at all!!! Neither Northwall nor Decathlon helped me resolve the issue.I contacted both companies many times but received no useful information or support. I had to contact FedEx every day for around 10 days—sometimes several times per day—just to understand what was happening. In the end, I discovered where the package might be (no one was sure about that) and had to go in person to a FedEx pickup point to retrieve it myself.

Delivery sucks
Delivery sucks. You need to take a day off work to wait for their delivery man. They deliver in the street. They are so lazy. Will never order again from this company. Amazon ❤️

Not dog friendly
Disappointed to be told that well behaved dogs on leads are not permitted in store. We have never had this issue before as the dogs have always been welcomed, including water bowls at the door. Waiting outside in the 30+ heat was not ideal. We will not return to decathlon.

Even the one star is too much for them!
Even the one star is too much for them!Awfull quality of bike they are selling, the front wheel does not even spin properly despite the high price. Trying to return it for two weeks, no return label has been issued, I don't understand why is it taking them so long to simply issue a return label? They are incredibly unprofessional, probably best thing to do is to contact my bank and tell them how I got ripped off.

very bad customer service…
I tried to rent a bike in Lyon for 3+ months but as an expat it it not possible to get clearance from your foreign bank for deposit. My LCL bank account (I only use it for small payments because French dont trust foreign banks) was not good enough for them. What a typical French company. French customer service at his best!

The Decathlon store in Vaughn
The Decathlon store in Vaughn, Canada is great! We bought an exercise bike from Beatriz and Andres. Two employees at the store. Beautiful products, great service, lovely employees. Thank you Decathlon, Vaughn, Ontario, Canada
