What Shoppers Say About Decibullz Custom Headphones
Decibullz Custom Headphones receives a 1.8 rating from 5 shoppers, with significant issues reported across multiple dimensions. The most common complaints center on fulfillment and customer service, with reviewers reporting orders that were not shipped and unresponsive email support. Beyond logistics, several reviewers express disappointment with the product's noise reduction capability, describing it as ineffective compared to basic foam earplugs and noting that the custom molding does not provide a secure fit deep in the ear canal. One satisfied customer praises the non-electronic design and battery-free convenience, having made repeat purchases despite experiencing durability issues with their first pair.
The stark rating distribution, with 80 percent one-star reviews, indicates serious fulfillment and product performance concerns that overshadow the one five-star review. Prospective buyers should be aware of documented shipping delays, lack of responsive customer support, and questions about whether the custom molding delivers meaningful noise reduction benefits.

Placed my order seven days back and still haven't received anything. Tried reaching out via email to check on the status, but got nothing back after waiting a week. I'm done here. Just want my money back at this point and won't be ordering from them again.
Don't waste your money. These don't reduce noise at all. I compared them side by side with some cheap foam plugs and the foam was way better at blocking sound than these.
These are fantastic and I'd definitely buy them again. Electronic muffs aren't my thing because they get too warm, plus I don't want anything that runs on batteries or needs charging. I've gotten these twice now and plan to do it again. My first pair ended up in the dryer inside a shirt pocket and got ruined. The second set has the percussive filter option. If you follow what they tell you to do, they perform really well. You can actually talk to people and stay protected while shooting at the range.
Pretty disappointed with this product. They actually hurt when I wear them. The custom molding really just keeps them sitting on your ear surface so they don't fall off, but it doesn't actually help with noise reduction or getting proper fit inside your ear canal. It's just surface-level molding. Alpine Hearing Protection does the job better, costs less, and doesn't require any molding at all. Much happier with that option.
