I was ready to become a regular customer here and had plans for several substantial purchases coming up. Then I ran into what felt like a bait-and-switch with the shipping situation. The site advertises free shipping for orders over $75, and initially it looked like my order qualified. But once I got deeper into checkout, I discovered a pre-selected USPS expedited shipping option for $56 that couldn't be removed - this charge automatically got added to my total. I ended up going elsewhere for my purchase. I'm not interested in playing these kinds of games. It's particularly disappointing when a business markets itself as spiritually-minded and positive yet uses misleading tactics like this. Words mean nothing without matching behavior, and I just can't trust giving my money to a company that operates this way.
