I'm completely frustrated with how incompetent this company is at handling a straightforward refund. Luckily I won't be buying contact lenses anymore because I'm done with them. They're awful and clearly don't care about fixing anything.
Go somewhere else. The customer service here is terrible. There were long delays getting my prescription verified, emails to support went unanswered, and when I did talk to someone at their call center, they had absolutely no clue what was happening. One rep actually thought I was calling about my credit card company instead of my order!
Don't bother with this company anymore. I ordered something in mid-July with a ship date a couple days later, but it never went out. Sent two messages to their support team and heard nothing back. When I finally got someone on the phone after waiting forever, the person seemed like they didn't care at all, put me on hold, wiped out my entire order history, and just hung up on me. Called back and couldn't get through at all. This is ridiculous. There are way too many other places to shop to deal with this nonsense. Honestly, skip them.
