Then I paid extra for express shipping that was supposed to take 1 to 3 days, but it ended up taking 5 days instead. They also recommended a power cord that turned out to be the wrong fit. When I asked about getting shipping refunded or store credit, they basically said shipping times are just estimates and there's nothing they could do.
