Totally unhelpful and that is being kind!!!! I know how they stay in business, they steal your money repeatedly!!!! Just try to cancel your account!!!! They love to hire people that you cannot understand and they cannot understand you—impossible to get an answer!!!! Stick to the old fashioned way, get local delivery service!!!!

My order was not delivered because apparently the dasher did not understand the instructions. I have NEVER had a problem with delivery to this address in the past. This disrupted the whole middle portion of my day. Although it was redelivered, the 2nd order arrived almost 90 minutes after the original order and arrived way after my lunch period was over. When I contacted customer support I was questioned about the delivery address and my phone number which were both CORRECT. I was made to feel that this was MY mistake when it was the dasher's failure to complete the delivery!!! The time that was wasted conversing with customer service took valuabke time away from my client.

If I can give them a zero I would, dont work for these jokers as soon as u get a ticket or anything on your driving record or criminal record they will lock your account where u dont even have access to your tax forms. They do not hire people with criminal record just for fk delivery.smh

The money is. It worth it. You use more gas than they pay you. Distance is 30mi for $8. They’re definitely keeping a larger percentage and that’s not right.

Doordash has been very supportive in reimbursing me for the food that was taken during a delivery a few days ago. My heart goes out to this company that obviously continues to pursue excellence in a temporary storm that accidently employees people who would rather steal than respect their jobs. It could be they are fighting the good fight to just serve their community with very little to work with.

Wouldn't accept my credit card, or After Pay, told me to use PayPal, wouldn't accept that, called customer service (Third World, a bowl of rice a day pay) and was told to use the app. Not worth the paper it's written on. Order from the restaurant direct as they are ripping off restaurants and delivery drivers, well documented in the media, plus talk to your restaurant.

This company is terrible. They have incorrect information on what restaurants are open or not. When there is a problem, they expect the customer to fix it. The app does not allow you to fix it and offers little compensation. Their customer service has a combined IQ of 70.

Tips should be given after food/groceries are dropped off, or only given 5 to 10% initially... with the option to give more later. Drivers should know this beforehand when they decide to accept another order or two and you're waiting longer for your food to arrive later than initially expected. Also, when groceries arrive and they forget something that was really needed the day of, and they aren't responsible for going back to get what they missed and you're forced to place another order or live without. So frustrating!
