Sorted by: Most recentBait and Switch Scam. I got a Valentine's care package for my daughter at college because the listing showed and described a teddy bear inside. An email I got during checkout had the same photo with the bear. When it arrived, no bear was there. I checked their site and the bear was still shown both in photos and the description, so I took a screenshot. After complaining multiple times to Dormify over several days, they said the bear was never part of the package and wasn't on their website. But they'd already changed the listing to remove it! Super sketchy. I'm grateful I grabbed that screenshot. They also tried saying since they bought the original company OCM that took my order, they had no responsibility. It took many rounds of emails and social media posts just to get them to respond. They rejected everything.
Worst Service Ever, Deserves Less Than One Star. I'd rate them lower if possible. Their customer service is atrocious. I tried reaching them multiple times. Got an email saying they'd get back to me in 2 to 3 days. Never heard from them again and I couldn't find a phone number anywhere. They messed up what I ordered and now I'm stuck with it.
Not Satisfied. I'm upset with my purchase. Could have grabbed the exact same items on Amazon for way less money. When I asked a support rep about returning something, she gave me attitude about it. The bed set started fraying and fell apart right after one wash cycle. Won't be going back.
Dishonest Business That Disrespects Vendors. After acquiring a company called OCM, they inherited a debt they owed my business for over $8000. They've refused to pay what they promised. These folks are fraudsters. Steer clear of doing any business with them.
Low Quality Everything. I tried Dormify and regretted it big time. The bed set I bought fell apart in a week, and it already had loose threads from day one. It basically unraveled fast.
