Update: Things got way better and I'm impressed. I've been a loyal customer for years and plan to keep buying from them. After reaching out directly, a real human actually responded instead of some automated reply. I was really frustrated because I spent two days trying to get ahold of anyone without hearing anything back. I've had two ongoing subscriptions with them forever and was always thrilled with their service. But something shifted and not for the better. Thankfully they took my feedback seriously and a genuine person on their team got back to me on Wednesday. It shows they care enough to make things right when it matters.

This company is absolutely terrible. There's no way to reach anyone by phone, which makes it impossible to get real help when you need it. I had an order returned by the carrier and they flat out refused to process a refund even though they had proof it came back. It's ridiculous. Nobody returns your calls and the only way to contact them is through email. Honestly, just skip this. It's way too aggravating to deal with.

The actual product is solid and I've been using it for a long time. The problem is everything else, honestly. Their website and subscription system are nightmarish. Want to adjust when your next shipment arrives? Forget about it because the system just immediately charges you and ships it out right away instead. Plus that Shopify payment system keeps storing your credit card details no matter how many times you ask them to remove it. It's frustrating because I genuinely like what the product does, but the whole ordering experience is just broken.

This is hands down my go-to dishwasher detergent. I tried several other natural brands first, like seventh generation and the Whole Foods option, but they just didn't clean well enough. I want to avoid the harsh chemicals in regular pods for sure, but I also don't have time to rewash everything if the detergent isn't cutting it. These work great and I'm really satisfied. I always stock up during sales because while the quality is fantastic, I think a lower price point would help get more people to make the switch to this brand.

The cost runs a bit higher than what you'd spend on regular liquid detergent, though it's definitely cheaper than buying pods at the grocery store. What I really appreciate is that everything comes in cardboard packaging that's fully recyclable with zero plastic waste. The pods themselves are super practical and simple to use, and I've tried both their laundry and dishwasher versions. When one of my deliveries arrived damaged and several pods got destroyed, they immediately replaced the entire box at no extra cost. That kind of customer service is worth sticking around for.

I'm really happy with Dropps as my cleaning brand. Using cardboard packaging feels so much better than generating plastic waste. Everything I've purchased from them works well, whether it's the dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent tabs, fabric softener, or dryer balls. The one downside I've noticed is that when washing in cold water, the cellulose packet sometimes doesn't fully dissolve and bits can stick to your clothes. They sell a small baggie separately to solve this issue, but I think those bags should be priced lower since they're kind of a necessary add-on.
