Fake free no rush shipping, zero support

The shoe I tried to order said free no rush shipping. Yet at checkout, the store added $9.95 for the same no rush shipping with no option anymore for free shipping. I tried it over again with the same results. Therefore I cancelled the order. The chat option never loaded, and the form for help submit button never worked. So I actually accomplished nothing on their website. Their stores are nice, the website is a dysfunctional mess.

They lost my package

They lost my package, I had to email them 17 days after I purchased for them to even tell me that. They said they could send another one and give me 10 dollars off, awesome, but that one was lost too apparently. Refunded my order, they have good customer service which I really appreciate.

Sudden cancellation of order by DSW

Ordered a pair of sandals to be picked up, using 3 $5.00 rewards. Order was cancelled by DSW. My $5 birthday reward has now expired and the other rewards have not yet been reinstated to my account. Online sale is now over.and I have not been able to use my rewards.

Worst customer service!

Ordered shoes. DSW emailed order was delayed. I said then cancel it. They said cannot be canceled it is in progress. Days later another email still delayed. Called again to cancel. Spoke to a rep giving tons of info and repeated myself because she couldn't get order number right, not paying attention. Transferred me, cut me off. Got overseas India, cannot even understand them. Cut me off after I gave all my information again. Didn't help me. Didn't cancel order. Gave me a Supervisor, same deal, no help! I will refuse delivery. Never shopping here again!!! Worst customer service, can't even speak English! No help whatsoever! Don't buy here! READ REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING! There is a reason they are rated 1 star!

Worst employee behavior at store

Worst employee behavior I have come across. Went into the DSW Marlton, NJ store for picking up a last minute gift. Approached an employee for help with a slipper and it seemed like I just forgot to turn in my homework at high school. Asked if it is available in another version without a platform sole. Employee walks over to another table to pick up a shoe and screams " Is it not the same slipper without a platform sole? " Asked him if I made any mistake asking for help or offended him in any way. Why is he so loud? He says " Have a good day " and walks away.Asked another lady employee standing next to us for a manager and she identified as one. Asked her why was the other person so rude and shouting ?Her answer was she did not hear anything with so much going on around. Figured that I should not be stepping into the store again. Maybe two more years for DSW retail stores to be done for and rightfully so. There is reason to stay home and get everything online. AI bot agents are never rude. Lol

Awful experience!!

Awful experience!!! Never again, My sweet little 11 year old son has learned the art of Christmas gifting, and insisting on buying me two pairs of my favorite converse sneakers, they came by fed ex, the one pair came in a box so damaged, the flap that closes the box was razored off, the other pair looked like they played hockey with them. They threw the shoes that were white and a pale blue mint color in a shipping bag, when I got the fed ex bag the shoes were damaged dangling all over in this bag, with holes mud and skid marks from being tossed and dragged.My 11 year old felt like crap because he tried to gift me ans make it special. Writing in to DSW, Joel, offered me a full refund, or a replacement made it sound like its on them and keep the product.... so i chose refund know im getting 30 other dsw employees all saying something different. No wonder there at 1 stars. Rude, Joel was nice but know there not letting me talk to him. Well that was a whopping 122 down the toilet, especially for a little boy who sold his meta quest to buy gifts. They didnt deserve his purchase. Gross

DO NOT BUY FROM DSW (at least the online store)

I have been a DSW customer for several years and recently created an online account. On November 22, I purchased a pair of GO Walk 7 shoes, having previously owned and enjoyed the same style. Although I received confirmation of payment and shipment, the shoes did not arrive the next two weeks. Upon visiting a local DSW store, I was informed that, contrary to the website's notification, the shoes were actually out of stock and had not been shipped. Unfortunately, I was not informed of this discrepancy, and only discovered it by investigating the delay myself. This experience has raised concerns about communication and customer service, as I would have been charged without receiving the product if I had not followed up. Transparency regarding order status is essential for customer trust and satisfaction.

Most horrible experience

Most horrible experience, customer service is garbage, can't even understand English, let alone sham of free shipping and monthly subscription they trap you in trying to save. Do pay pal to get and then dispute sham fees since they took care of faster than 3 hrs already talking to their customer service with no confirmation of removal of bs subscription. Last pair of shoes I order from them, and I'm on 20 yrs of ordering from shoes.com which they took over.
