They shipped my order without any padding or protection. Everything showed up broken. Getting help from their customer service was a nightmare. Steer clear of this company.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Watch out! I'd been ordering from them multiple times before, so I placed an order today and got blindsided. My order got canceled almost immediately and I got a really disrespectful email from someone there. Out of nowhere this person started lecturing me about why they wouldn't process my order. For no clear reason my purchase got rejected and they flat out refused to help fix it. Not sure if they're trying to scam people or what, but this experience was unacceptable. Seriously be careful with this site.

First time trying Duke Cannon. Grabbed their thick body wash that was supposed to smell like pine but it doesn't at all. Smells more like eucalyptus which I can't stand. Fair warning that they have a pretty strict return and refund policy so make sure you check that before buying. I also noticed the same product was about eight bucks in a store but I paid nearly twenty online with taxes and shipping added. Not worth that much money. This wasn't a good experience and I won't be ordering from them again.

My Duke Cannon stuff finally arrived and I'm pumped. Got the Sawtooth Body Wash and it smells fantastic. Also picked up the Midnight Swim Body Wash and a Bigbar Soap. Everything smells incredible and the value is unbeatable. Definitely ordering again soon. Really happy with this purchase.

The company tanked after getting bought out. I'm not exaggerating either. They went from amazing to trash. Quality dropped, products disappeared, and the customer service is a disaster. They've had me waiting over five months to fix one issue. The old Duke Cannon would never do this to a customer. I'm done with them. I've been with them since around 2018 or 2019 and I mean I was a serious customer. I had every single cologne they made, bought only their soap, got their shampoo, everything. So I know what I'm talking about when I say the quality is completely different now. Over the past three years they've either killed off products or the quality got gutted on what's left. Some of the soaps are nothing like they used to be, like they changed the ingredients or something, and now they're just bad. That was okay though because there were still some good buys until I asked them to help me figure out which scent was which so I could try new ones, and they just ghosted me for over five months with email after email where they pretended they were handling it.

Duke Cannon bars smell great and hold up well in the shower. They actually last a long time if you take care of them. The deodorant is fantastic too, though the scent I got wasn't my cup of tea and there weren't many options in stock when I ordered in early December. Would've been nice to see more choices that time of year. Hoping they restock some other scents soon because I'd like to try some different ones.

The Naval Diplomacy body wash has a decent scent for the first few minutes in the shower then it basically disappears. For the price they're charging I'd expect something that smells stronger and actually stays on you. Cleaning-wise it's just like any other natural body wash, nothing special. Not really pleased with it. I do like the Fresh Water Neroli deodorant though the design is pretty bad because it crumbles apart after a few uses and wastes like a quarter of the product. The Fresh Water Neroli solid cologne is nice. Would be perfect if they made a matching body wash and lotion with a deodorant that doesn't fall apart. Might be asking too much though. Can't justify Duke Cannon pricing for what you get in return. Thinking I'll stick with budget brands from now on.
