january 29 9 am they need to check the cameras.a lady mid 40s brown hair clearly high on drugscreated a scene and of course blamed the customers.she claimed to be the manager she is extremely rude and you cant even ask questions without her clearly hating her life her job just evil and ugly.no other employee stepped in so you can tell there is a serious issue here with the managers penny and her other manager i speak of just horrible people, she bragged about being in the food industry for 25 plus years as if its a gold medal to treat people horrible.do routine drug test, check cameras and food labeling. hold all employees accountable.the service is bad and the quality of any food besides the donuts are trash

Donuts: okay. Coffee: unfortunately bad
Maybe it’s my personal taste, but the coffee felt very watered down. I know Dunkin’ Donuts isn’t a coffee shop, but I still expected a decent filter coffee to enjoy with my donut.

Uncooked bacon
In December 2025 I purchased 2 bacon, egg + cheese croissants at the Dania beach Florida location 550 S Federal Hy. I noticed the bacon looked a little limp so I opened up the sandwich.The bacon wasn't even cooked. ( See picture ) I contacted Dunkin via their website and asked why this happened and that I wanted a refund or credit. I was told someone would get back to me but that never happened even though I gave them over a month and multiple emails. Shop elsewhere or take a chance of getting food poisoning.

I walked in to Dunkin’ donuts at 6 am cheery and happy. I greeted the workers with a smile and a “good day”. their response was moody, “What do you want?” What do I want? I want you to be in a good mood. I will never be drinking dunkin’ donuts ever again! Better customer service please.

Wrong order
Wrong order, wrong name. Contacted customer support via email twice, no response. They phone lines say their closed and the app claims the messaging virtual assistant is down.

I don't understand how it's a managers…
I don't understand how it's a managers job to find coverage when someone called off, nope it's the workers job since when. Isn't that what managers get paid for. Then you tell a kid that he sticks like cat litter, so you send him home. He doesn't smell like it at all. When he works his shift he comes home smelling like cigarettes. He doesn't smoke.

Online order
I ordered my favorite hazelnut and original blend on line just in time for the holidays. I also was in time for the free promotion to get a dd mug. When I got my order I received he hazelnut but not the original blend and the cup was in pieces. Ive written, tried to call and no replies. Guess I won't have enough coffee to share with my family and it seems I won't know when I'll get my original blend or refund. Sooo peeved.
