They sent me an email asking if I considered it resolved just because I didn't respond within 96 hours, which is ridiculous. I said no, I'm still waiting for my money. Haven't heard back since, and my second complaint is also being ignored. This kind of customer service is shameful.

This morning I was starving so I grabbed two breakfast hashbrown wraps, no eggs. Instead of what I ordered, I got basically nothing wrapped up. Zero hashbrowns in either one and one wrap had like one measly piece of bacon that tasted burnt. Honestly, I'm pretty upset. A random person off the street could have handled this better. I'll be thinking about how bad this was for a while.

The team at the Buford location deserves serious praise. Ma Ha and Janitza are absolute gems and make every visit great. The service is consistently excellent and the donuts are always fresh and delicious.
