Completely misleading and unacceptable. Should be held accountable for false advertising. I went there on New Year's Eve to see a headlining performer and they never showed up. What a scam and a waste. Tables were going for over four hundred dollars before drinks and I paid for my wife and myself. I messaged the venue around nine at night to confirm the start time and was told the performer would arrive around midnight. I cancelled other dinner plans so I wouldn't miss the main act. I showed up at eleven thirty and stayed until three in the morning. The performer never appeared. The DJs didn't even mention the show until around two in the morning, which left me completely confused about whether they were actually performing that night. Nobody said anything about it the whole evening. I had to ask the staff what was going on. This place is a total joke.
I'm having the same problems others have reported. Electric's customer service basically doesn't exist. If everything works out fine you won't notice, but the moment you have an issue you're stuck. My pair broke down way too fast for the cost. Really not worth it when you can get better reliability elsewhere.
Reached out to customer service about a missing screw on my glasses. I even bought a replacement screw kit but none of the sizes worked. The screw just backed out randomly from my two hundred dollar pair of shades. I own several Electric sunglasses I use for fishing, but the service here is a joke. After multiple messages saying they'd get back to me in at least a week, they finally replied days later but then went silent on my follow-up. The sunglasses themselves are good, but not at this price point combined with how fragile they are and the nonexistent customer support. Two stars just for the product quality.
This is my third pair of Electric sunglasses and I've got to say they're solid. They're lightweight, have quality lenses, and hold up well over time. Had an issue once where the lens coating started peeling, but their lifetime warranty came through and they sent me a replacement pair no problem. The only real downside is the price point feels a bit steep for what you're getting, though the overall quality does back it up.
Four weeks and the goggles were done. Sorry but I can only give three stars since your response came eight months late anyway. My Electric goggles don't work anymore after just four weeks of use. The orange sun protection coating washed right off and made them useless. I kept them in the original box the whole time between wears. Hopefully the replacement pair holds up better.
