Barely getting any replies from their team and still no return label even though they insist they sent one. I've reached out multiple times with nothing but silence and zero refund so far. Honestly this is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Definitely taking my business elsewhere because dealing with this company is way more trouble than it's worth.
Really disappointed with this purchase. Ordered some items and was told they'd arrive the following Friday, but the package never showed up and I got no updates about what was happening. When I finally checked the shipping info, I discovered they'd delayed everything due to Brexit, which they never mentioned when I was checking out. It's been close to two weeks and I still don't know when my stuff is coming. Customer service hasn't been helpful even though I've tried reaching out several times.
